My role
Product design · 0→1 product framing · AI service design
Product focus
A persistent career agent connecting goals, opportunities, plans, tasks, and follow-up.
The Short Version
I designed a persistent career agent that turns someone’s goals into matched opportunities, action plans, tasks, and follow-up that actually shows up when it’s supposed to.
The Mess
Job seekers don’t lack listings, they lack continuity. Preferences get scattered across resumes, conversations, and job boards, and momentum disappears somewhere between discovery, applying, and prepping for the interview.
My Part in This
- Reframed the experience from a job-board chatbot into a persistent service model.
- Defined the hierarchy connecting Paths, opportunities, plans, and tasks.
- Designed progressive, voice-led onboarding for structured preferences.
What Got Better
- Shifted the concept from a reactive chatbot to a persistent career service.
- Defined a durable hierarchy connecting Paths, opportunities, plans, and next actions.
